Improved cut resistance and stronger fabric stability are the result of improved process technology, while the simplified handling is thanks to the practitioners who helped to redesign NoCut®pad.

NoCut®pad is the combination of NoCut®sleeve with an internal fabric web that is equipped with fasteners at both ends. The NoCut®pad is mounted where the slinging device lies against the sharp edge.

For the user this means: high flexibility, low material usage and high safety when handling sharp-edged loads! The size of the edge protection can be designed exactly to the danger zone and positioned at the sharp edge. NoCut®pad are mainly used in short lengths. NoCut®pad is offered in a 2-layer and 4-layer version. This multi-layer achieves an extremely high level of cut protection and offers the user great possibilities even for critical lifting operations.

The use of the HMPE material allows the user to use the textile protection pad in a temperature range from -40 °C to +60 °C.
NoCut®pad are manufactured as standard in lengths from 500 mm upwards in 250 mm steps up to a length of 1500 mm. All Spanset® webslings and round slings can be protected against sharp edges with NoCut®pad. Even the extremely compact Magnum-X round sling can be used up to a load capacity of 30 t with the protection pads.
