Pull-down Ratchet
More tension force, less muscle force
Allows greater pretension force to be achieved with significantly less muscle power.

"Anti-Belt-Slip" procedure
Controlled tension liberation
The ABS system was developed for loads with a risk of tipping and allows the user to release the pretension in small steps. The lashing can also be opened completely.

Tension Force Indicator
Show the pre-tensioning force achieved
With the TFI you can read off the pre-tensioning forces achieved in the lashing system when tying down loads and use this information in load control calculations.

Self-locking ratchet lever
Prevents unintetional opening
The ratchet opening during transportation is thus effectively ruled out - eben when the load is exposed to strong vibrations and shaking.

Double Slider
Safe in the intermediate phase when tensing
Secures in the intermediate stage when tensioning the webbing. Two sliders engage in an existing sprocket in "smaller steps".

Extended Ratchet Lever
Better power transmission and more ergonomic
The extended lever not only allows the user to achieve increased pre-tensioning forces can be achieved with markedly less muscle power.

Epoxy resin coating
Maximum ratchet protection
Ratchets are first zinc-plated, then chrome-plated and coated with a shock-resistant epoxy resin coat which additionally protects the ratchets from e.g. rust.

Precision strap
Low elasticity of the strap
Less stretch maintains more tension and reduces the need for tension readjustment.

Made in Australia
Made, Tested and Certified.
This heavy duty ratchet strap is ideal for securing large, heavy loads in transport, offering a combination of safety features, durability, and user-friendly design.
KEY BENEFITS:
Progressive Tension Release:
The Anti-Belt-Slip (ABS) system enables gradual tension release, minimising the risk of sudden load shifts or tipping during unloading. This controlled release is particularly beneficial for securing unstable or top-heavy cargo.
Self-Locking Ratchet Handle:
Prevents accidental opening during transit, even under vibrations.
Double Slider Mechanism:
Ensures secure engagement during tensioning, allowing for precise adjustments
Extended Handle Length:
This design provides significantly greater leverage, allowing you to achieve the required pretension with less physical effort.
Integrated Tension Force Indicator (TFI)
The built-in TFI displays the pre-tensioning force achieved (up to 500 daN), aiding in accurate load control calculations and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Ratchet Coating:
Features a epoxy resin-coated ratchet for maximum protection against rust and mechanical wear.
What is a Tension Force Indicator?
The TFI measures the actual pretensioning force applied. The operating principle is simple: The open jaws of the TFI close when the lashing strap is tensioned. When they are fully closed, the pretensioning force indicated on the TFI has been reached.
