1 Day - Management of Working at Height (Responsible Person) Course - Open Course
This one-day, classroom-based course provides delegates with a clear introduction — or refresher — on the key requirements of the Work at Height Regulations 2005 and associated procedures. The course supports the development of competent personnel who are responsible for managing controls on temporary work platforms and implementing Safe Systems of Work for lower-risk working at height activities.
Throughout the course, delegates will work with a standardised Working at Height Procedure and supporting documentation, suitable for those acting as a designated Responsible Person.
By the end of the training, participants will be able to recognise typical work at height scenarios, assess associated risks, review relevant documentation, confirm worker competence and ensure appropriate control measures are in place before authorising work to continue.
