WORKSECURE

WORKSECURE is a permanently installed horizontal safety line made from 8 mm aircraft-grade stainless steel cable, suitable for work positioning or fall protection. The Safeline systems include a unique energy-absorption mechanism, allowing the configuration to be tailored to the installation requirements. WORKSECURE protects both users when working at height and employers as part of a safe system of work.

Why use WORKSECURE?

  • Suitable for all roof types, including concrete slabs, profiled roof sheets, standing seam and membrane roofs.
  • Tested and certified by an external notified body to EN 795:2012 Class C, and meets or exceeds the requirements of PD CEN/TS 16415:2013.
  • A computer-calculation package ensures that all installations remain within safe working limits.
  • All components are manufactured from aircraft-grade stainless steel.
  • Designed to provide safe attachment for a team of up to 4 users, each weighing up to 140 kg.
  • The unique energy-absorbing system enables the performance to be precisely adapted to the requirements of the installation.
  • Multifunctional components allow continuous, hands-free movement along the lifeline.

Who is WORKSECURE intended for?

Property Maintenance – Protecting technicians routinely carrying out maintenance and inspections on buildings or installations, such as cleaning rooflights or gutters, minor building repairs, and servicing air-conditioning units.


Construction – Protecting workers during the construction phase, and often specified by architects as an integral part of the design to enable safe maintenance after completion.


Warehousing & Distribution – For safe access to storage racks when pallets are displaced, routine maintenance, general cleaning tasks, and at automated order-picking machines during malfunctions.


Bridges & Infrastructure – Enabling safe access for engineers post-completion to conduct inspections and maintenance. The Safeline system provides a simple, durable, and flexible solution that can be attached to pillars, spans, or supporting structures.

Leisure & Entertainment – Protecting workers during installation, operation, and maintenance of equipment such as lighting and sound trusses, stage scenery, and props.


Transport – Installed indoors or outdoors in maintenance or loading areas, or directly on suitable vehicles—for example trucks, construction and agricultural vehicles, military and emergency service vehicles, and railway rolling stock—to enable safe working at height.


Manufacturing – Providing access for maintenance technicians and assembly staff to large-scale production lines, such as in the automotive and aerospace industries.


Oil & Gas Processing – Enabling workers to access areas of installations, platforms, and processing equipment for routine maintenance and servicing.


Cranes – Protecting operators or technicians during routine inspections and maintenance or when accessing operator cabins; can be mounted directly to the crane beam.


Power Plants – Allowing access to parts of the installation required for routine maintenance. The Safeline system can be attached to various suitable structures found in such environments
