2025
Reconstruction of roofs and some perimeter walls of production buildings
In 2025, we successfully completed an extensive reconstruction of the roofs and some of the perimeter walls of our production facilities. The aim of the project was to increase safety, improve energy efficiency, and ensure long‑term protection of the production areas.
The reconstruction brought:
- modernization of roof structures
- improved thermal insulation
- increased resistance to weather conditions
- reduced operating costs related to maintenance and energy
We are pleased to offer our employees and customers a higher‑quality and safer environment for production and related activities.
Official Name Change Announcement
We are pleased to announce that, effective 2025, our company has officially changed its business name to SpanSet Uniman s.r.o..
This change reflects our continued growth and alignment within the SpanSet group, while our legal structure, services, and commitment to quality remain unchanged.

Thermal cutting machine Omnicut 3100
We are pleased to announce that we invested in a new Thermal cutting machine Omnicut 3100.
CNC-controlled cutting machine in robust gantry design with excellent static and dynamic properties. The construction is equipped with precisely machined and ground guide profiles in maintenance-free design. The gantry moves on a robust and precisely machined track and the drive is ensured od powerful form-fitted double-sided servo drives.

Paint shop floor reconstruction
We have successfully completed the renovation of the paint shop floor in our company. The new floor has not only improved the appearance of the space, but also increased the safety and functionality of the entire paint shop. Thanks to modern materials, the floor is more resistant to chemicals and easier to maintain, which will contribute to the more efficient work of our employees.
New WH105CNC horizontal milling and boring machine
The WH 105 horizontal milling and boring machine is a modern, powerful, and continuously controlled machine. High cutting parameters and a high level of comfort in terms of technological functions make this machine ideal for use in even the most demanding technological processes. The continuous control of the X, Y, Z, and W coordinates as well as the rotary table provide conditions for universal use. It is used for the efficient machining of cabinet-like parts from several sides, but also for the machining of molds and other workpieces with complex shapes.
Delivery Brush - Lifting beams 95 tons
For BRUSH SEM, s.r.o. based on their requirements, we produced a traverse for handling generators, including a storage stand. This resulted in a traverse with a load capacity of 95 tons, with a maximum span of 4,650 mm and an own weight of 7.2 tons. During the test mode, difficulties were discovered in hanging the traverse on the double hook of the crane. Through mutual communication with the customer, a solution to this problem was found in modifying the suspension method. A four-strand textile harness was added to the crossbar, resulting in greater suspension stability. After additional adjustment of the traverse, the traverse was again sent to the customer and a new suspension test was performed. Now everything was proceeding according to the customer's expectations, and the traverse was found to meet the customer's requirements.

New Forklift HELI VD 50
We are delighted to share the addition of a new HELI VD50 forklift to our fleet.
