Self locking ratchet lever For maximum safety when lashing, Spanset® has developed the self-locking ratchet lever. When lashing, pull the integrated functional slider. When the ratchet is closed, the ratchet, automatically engages in the locking position. An unintentional opening of the ratchet while driving is effectively ruled out - even in the event of strong vibrations and jolting movements. Folding label A foldable label, which is sewn in two layers and thus more resistant to tearing. The lettering is better protected from abrasion on the inside. The label is shorter due to the central fold and thus offers less surface for shear forces. The folding label is more valuable than a standard label sewn in on one side. |

Self-locking ratchet lever
Self-locking ratchet lever
Prevents unintetional opening of the ratchet

For maximum security during lashing operations we developed the self-locking ratchet lever. When lashing, the integrated functional slider is pulled down. When the ratchet is closed, it automatically locks into place in the lock position. Uninetnional opening of the ratchet during transportation is thus effectively ruled out - eben when the load is exposed to strong vibrations and shaking.
