SpanSet has tested the ExoSet shackles in combination with the SpanSet round slings in extensive test series. This made it possible to assign the optimum shackle to each round sling. This was achieved through the perfect matching of the contact surface in the shackle bow, whereby shackles and round slings of the same load capacity were tested. The ExoSet shackles also offer a consistently high manufacturing quality with low tolerances as well as the deburring and polishing of the contact surfaces.
Tested safety
The combinations of round sling and shackle have been tested and approved by SpanSet in cooperation with the DGUV (German Social Accident Insurance). With the Exoset round sling shackles, for the first time you have perfectly matched shackles and round slings with the greatest possible safety.
