What is it?
The SP150 range of energy absorbing lanyards are available in a variety of configurations to suit your application. The SP150 lanyard range is the first to be tested to the requirements of EN355 for workers up to 150kg.

What can it be used for?
These energy absorbing lanyards are for use as part of a personal fall protection system. The energy absorbing lanyard can arrest the fall of a worker weighing up to 150kg safely. SpanSet can provide detailed clearance height data for workers between 5 and 150kg body mass allowing you to check your safe clearance height. The minimum deployment load of 2KN means that it can also be used as part of a work restraint system that limits your movement to prevent falls.

How has it been tested?
The SP150 lanyard is CE marked under the Personal Protective Equipment Regulations. The CE marking process includes independent testing to: EN355:2002 - Personal protective equipment against falls from a height. Energy absorbers. The SpanSet manufacturing process is quality controlled and audited by the British Standards Institute to the international standard for quality management ISO9001.

Steel ring at the energy absorber - to ensure twin lanyard configurations load correctly and anchor connectors can be clipped back.
