We design and manufacture fall protection gear, lifting slings, and load control systems. You’ll find our products on construction sites, in wind farms, factories, and anywhere safety matters most.

2. How do I buy from SpanSet USA?

Most orders go through our sales team or authorized distributors but we do also offer some items for sale from our website.

3.  Do I need an account to place an order?

No, but setting up an account makes reordering and tracking easier. It also helps if you need tax-exempt status or special pricing.

4. How do I apply for tax exemption?

  • For orders though our sales team send your tax-exempt certificate to your sales representive
  • For online orders upload your tax-exempt form and exemtion number to your account.

How to Upload Your Tax-Exempt Form:

  1. Click the user icon at the top right of the screen.
  2. Select "My Account" from the menu.
  3. Under "MY ACCOUNT DATA," click "Change My Account Data."
  4. Enter your Company Name and Sales Tax Exempt #.
  5. Upload a PDF of your Tax Exemption Document.
  6. Click Save.
    Important: After uploading, empty your shopping cart and start a new order for tax exemption to take effect.

5. How to check the status of an online order?

If you placed your order through a rep, give them a call. If you ordered online, log in to your account to check status and history.

7.  Can I become a SpanSet distributor?

We’re always open to new partners. Contact our team if you're interested in distributing SpanSet products in your area.

8.  What’s your return policy?

No goods, standard stock or special-order may be returned without consent of spanset. Goods requesting to be returned, other than warrenty claims, must be in clean, first-class condition in order for credit to be considered. All returned goods must have a rma# and we reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking fee.
