Course Booking Conditions

 

Provisional Bookings

To make a provisional booking, contact Customer Service by telephone at 800-334-7505. To secure your reservation, written confirmation should be received within 7 working days of provisional booking and at least 10 days prior to the course start date (See Training Form).

 

Reservations

We can only guarantee to hold a reservation which has been confirmed in writing either by mail, fax or email. A purchase order number is required.

 

Joining Instructions

Upon receipt of written confirmation, we will issue complete instructions and confirmation on the training course. Course handouts are included in fee (See Modules for Full Details).

 

Payment

Full payment for the course can be made by check, credit/debit card and must be received within 10 working days prior to commencement of course, unless a prior agreement from SpanSet has been made. If a course is booked within 10 working days of the course start date, payment in full must be made at the time of booking.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations received in writing more than 10 days prior to the booked course will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee of $100. Cancellation of the course after this time will be charged in full. A substitute delegate can be nominated at any time.

SpanSet reserves the right to alter or cancel dates and/or change venues without liability. We reserve the right to change course content in line with marketing demands, where appropriate.
