About the Role:


Join our QHSE team to help ensure every SpanSet product meets strict quality standards and Australian regulatory requirements. You'll oversee inspections, lead continuous improvement, and support our Quality Inspectors team as we strengthen our systems for the next phase of growth.

 

What we're looking for:


  • 5+ years' experience in quality assurance/quality control
  • Cert IV in WHS or related tertiary qualification
  • Diploma in Quality Auditing or Engineering degree (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Confident communicator who works well across teams
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and Australian Standards (desirable)

RTO Trainer & Assessor

Full time | Located at Emu Plains Head Office

About the Role:


Deliver SpanSet's accredited height safety training while helping grow our RTO business alongside the CEO and Sales team. You'll run training and assessments to national standards, and build relationships with clients who need high-risk work training solutions.

 

What we're looking for:


  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment (or higher)
  • 2+ years delivering nationally accredited vocational training
  • 2+ years' experience with height safety systems in the last 5 years
  • Strong commercial acumen and confident client-facing presence
  • Full driver's licence for site visits
  • First Aid/CPR training experience a plus

Customer Service Representative

Be the first point of contact for SpanSet customers, handling calls, orders, and enquiries with accuracy and care. You'll support major accounts and work closely with production and dispatch to keep deliveries on track.

As a Dispatch Assistant / Pick Packer, you’ll be instrumental in our warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of products. From picking and packing to quality control and dispatch, your attention to detail will ensure our customers receive their orders in perfect condition and on schedule.

 

What we're looking for:


  • High reach forklift license and experience (advantageous).
  • Previous warehouse experience, particularly in order picking and packing.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety standards.

  • Experience with industrial sewing machines or textile assembly (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining safety standards.
  • Knowledge of WHS and quality standards in a manufacturing environment (advantageous).

Round Sling Operator
