With the MagnumForce Green, SpanSet is setting new standards in lifting technology in terms of safety and environmental awareness. Through the processing of bio-based fibers in the core, the heavy-duty round sling generates a significantly lower CO2 footprint. In addition, the MagnumForce Green optimally meets the diverse requirements of a wide range of industries and covers the entire spectrum of applications.

Proven SpanSet design features and innovative high-performance materials have been optimally matched and recombined in the round sling. The result: Maximum safety and perfect handling complemented by conscious sustainability in every lifting operation.

High Modulus Polyethylene

More compact and lightweight.
HMPE increased strength in comparison with polyester, less material is required for slings of the same load-bearing capacity.

A 50 % lower sling thickness

Makes it possible to use slings on smaller radii. The benefit: No time-consuming fitting of protective sleeves, wider areas of application, lower incidence of mis-use in applications.

60 % lighter than conventional slings

This makes handling and transport easier. Industrial trucks are not required. Processes are accelerated, and you save time and money.

Fit on smaller
crane hooks

Will even fit on smaller crane hooks without being constricted.

RFID

Label makes it possible to digitally retrieve the certification documentation. This is a simple task in conjunction with IDXpert, the asset management software that we use within our company.

MagnumForce – Certified Safety

We do not leave your safety to chance. Every new product is therefore subjected to extensive tests and inspections. The MagnumForce has passed all of these tests with distinction.

In the fatigue test, the MagnumForce was subjected to 20,000 load cycles up to its load-bearing capacity, whereby the optimal fabric design was verified. An indication of the sling’s long service life and therefore
high economic efficiency.

We tested and proved the combination of MagnumForce with Exoset shackles of the same load-bearing capacity in co-operation with the BGHM (Berufsgenossenschaft Holz und Metall) [Trade Association for Wood and Metal]. The successful tests have allowed us to define the new state of the art and fulfil our customers’ desire for greater safety during use.
