Qualifications:
- Minimum Senior High School / Vocational High School (preferably in Technical, Electrical, or related fields).
- Work experience at height is an advantage.
- Experience or ability in using work tools.
- Willing and able to work at height in accordance with safety procedures.
- Capable of working both in a team and independently.
- Good communication skills and able to coordinate with colleagues and supervisors.
- Willing to learn and follow Trainer’s instructions.
- Disciplined, responsible, and possessing a strong work ethic.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Install Safeline in accordance with company’s operational standards.
- Use work tools safely and appropriately.
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment/products.
- Support Trainer during training sessions or project execution, ensuring smooth training processes in the field.
- Perform work at height in accordance with safety procedures.
- Report work results and field issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the work area.
- Comply with occupational health and safety regulations (OHS) and company SOPs.
