The SpanSet CarFix 50 is a vehicle restraint system designed for use on flatbeds, trailers, and recovery vehicles. Developed for the transport industry, it helps users stay compliant, efficient, and safe while securing cars and light commercial vehicles across Australia.

The system features a 3-point claw hook attachment system for flexible and quick positioning. It includes a push-up ratchet with an ergonomic design for easy, high pre-tensioning and a controlled release mechanism. The CarFix 50 also has a protective sleeve called "The Controller" with a ribbed profile to keep the webbing on the tire, which prevents damage and maintains the lashing position. A Tension Force Indicator (TFI) in the ratchet provides a visual check, with the jaws closing when full tension is reached, and opening to signal the need for re-tightening. The 50mm webbing is 2850mm long and is made from high-tenacity polyester fibers, offering strength, durability, and resistance to UV rays and abrasion with low stretch under load. This system meets AS/NZS 4380 standards.
