The ERGO Roof Safety Kit is a complete fall arrest system designed to reduce the impact and distance of a fall while maintaining safety during maintenance or construction work on roofs.
 

Kit Components & Usage Instructions:

1. 1104 ERGO Harness: Fit the ERGO Full Body Harness, ensuring the rear extension strap is accessible. The harness connects the worker to the system via compliant attachment points.

2. 3501 Anchor: Locate a suitable structural element and secure the '3501' Heavy Duty Anchor Strap (fitted with D rings) to create a fixed or temporary anchor point.

3. 3108 Connector: Connect the '3108' 15m Anchorage Line to the anchor point. This line features an adjuster and a rear energy absorber to manage fall forces.

4. Secure Attachment: Attach the anchorage line to the harness using the upgraded 'K4' Steel Triple Action Karabiner, ensuring the gate is fully locked and the adjuster is positioned correctly for the work area.

Engineered for compliance and durability, the 6001SA-0 kit meets the rigorous requirements of AS/NZS 1891.1:2020 and AS 1891.5:2020. The kit includes the premium 1104 ERGO harness and a generous 15m anchorage line, offering significant mobility across roof surfaces.

The critical upgrade in this series is the inclusion of the 'K4' 40kN Steel Triple Action Karabiner*, providing superior strength and security at the connection point. The entire system packs away into the included hard-wearing kit bag for easy transport and equipment protection.
