When booking through this website, you are booking on a course with SpanSet Australia located at Emu Plains, NSW, Australia. 

All prices shown on this website are in Australian Dollars, and all card transactions will be in Australian Dollars. We will contact you to make a payment for the course. 

How we disclose your personal information
As a registered training organisation (RTO), we collect your personal information so we can process and manage your enrolment in a vocational education and training (VET) course with us. We use your personal information to enable us to deliver VET courses to you, and otherwise, as needed, to comply with our obligations as an RTO.

We are required by law (under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 (Cth) (NVETR Act)) to disclose the personal information we collect about you to the National VET Data Collection kept by the National Centre for Vocational Education Research Ltd (NCVER). The NCVER is responsible for collecting, managing, analysing and communicating research and statistics about the Australian VET sector.

We are also authorised by law (under the NVETR Act) to disclose your personal information to the relevant state or territory training authority (please note, we do not disclose your information to overseas recipients).

Cookies
“Cookies” are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. They allow you to place your online order and to login once you are subscribed. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that. Refund Policy
If you book on a course, and cannot attend, please advise us by calling 02 4735 3955 during business hours and we will arrange either to transfer the date, or we will refund your funds to your credit card.  If you fail to advise us that you will not be attending a course, we reserve the right not to refund your fees. When a course is cancelled (or rescheduled where a student cannot attend) by SpanSet Australia, the student is entitled to a full refund or credit for a future course (at the student’s discretion).

All refunds will be provided in the same form as the original payment made by the student (or on the student’s behalf). Fee refund requests are processed in a timely manner, with the aim of not disadvantaging the client with unnecessary and/or lengthy delays.
