WebRail:
The Ultimate Heavy Vehicle Fall Protection System in Australia
A patented, removable fall restraint solution featuring Kevlar® Core webbing and the
Tension Force Indicator (TFI) for maximum safety during loading and rigging.
What is the SpanSet WebRail system?
WebRail is a heavy vehicle fall protection system designed to prevent falls from truck beds during loading/unloading. It utilises Kevlar core webbing to minimise stretch and a patented Tension Force Indicator (TFI) to ensure known, measurable tension on posts, providing an effective fall restraint barrier that can be removed in minutes.

Technical Specifications

| Tension Control | Tension Force Indicator (TFI) | Prevents unintentional over-tensioning |
| Post Strength | 50kg (Lateral) / 250kg (Ratchet) | Free-standing, high-load integrity |
| Hardware | Twisted double-action safety hooks | 21mm gate opening for secure attachment |
THE TFI
TENSION FORCE INDICATOR: The SpanSet Difference.
What sets SpanSet WebRail apart from any other vehicle fall protection on the market is our Patented Tension Force Indicator (TFI).
While other systems rely on guesswork, the WebRail TFI provides:
- Measurable Safety: A known and measurable force is applied to the posts, ensuring the system is never under-tensioned.
- Over-Tensioning Protection: The TFI acts as a safeguard against unintentional over-tensioning that could damage vehicle posts or the system itself.
- Optimal Tension: By tensioning the ratchet until the TFI indicates 250 daN, you achieve the precise tension required for effective fall restraint.
