Job Vacancy - Customer Support Administrator 

 

SpanSet Ltd, established in the UK for over 50 years is part of the SpanSet International Group of companies, recognised globally for quality and reliability. We design, manufacture and supply Height Safety, Lifting and Load Control products at our custom-built plant. We also train people how to use our products, safely.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven individual to join the Customer Support team. 

This is full time permanent position, the ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background preferably within a manufacturing organisation.  Must be able to work confidently and accurately in a busy environment. 

Duties include:

·        Ensuring customers receive the best possible service at all times

·        Providing a timely and efficient response to incoming communication, demonstrating professionalism and confidence in your resolution

·        Utilise and integrate all available systems to provide excellent customer service aiming to exceed customer expectations

·        Communicate with internal and internal stakeholders as all levels, building and maintaining strong relationships

·        Assisting with answering and distributing telephone calls

·        Managing customer complaints through My Compliance system

·        Cross selling/up selling of product and services

Skills:

·        Previous experience in an inbound customer service environment where you have been used to handing a variety of queries

·        Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately to meet deadlines

·        Good English and IT skills are essential

·        Experience of Business Central advantageous

·        Excellent organisational skills

·        You must have the ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment

·        Must be able to work on own initiative
