Axzion - Container Cross-beam with mechanical central locking
One spreader bar for three container sizes
Load capacity of 5,000 kg, the spreader bar is designed for lifting residential, office, sanitary, and connecting containers.
Its telescopic design allows it to lift 10-, 16-, and 20-foot ISO containers. Foldable guide plates ensure safe and quick centering of the crossbeam when setting it down. This ensures gentle lifting of the containers.
Telescoping without external force by just one person
The crossbeam can be easily telescoped by hand: Special, fold-out parking feet are permanently installed on the load-bearing equipment and provide the necessary stability.
Battery-operated with radio remote control
On the crane side, the crossbeam is equipped with a 4-strand suspension. This ensures high stability when empty, thereby significantly facilitating handling. On the load side, there are four electro-mechanically operated twist locks for corner fittings in accordance with ISO 116.
Locking is carried out by electric cylinders permanently installed on the crossbeam and is controlled by radio remote control.
Battery operation makes the crossbeam independent of external power supplies and disruptive electrical cables. High-quality electric chains protect the supply lines to the cylinders and ensure safe cable routing when telescoping the crossbeam in and out.
