Rig-Tech Harness offers lightweight strength and exceptional comfort for work on pylons and masts.
Industrial Climbers carry out repair, maintenance and installation work in situations like no other.
They therefore need a harness that will comfortably support them whilst working in position and allow necessary movement. Repair work is sometimes carried out in extreme weather conditions due to storm damage. Equipment therefore needs to be specififically designed for this environment tough and hardwearing.
Manufactured using modern lightweight 'quick release' buckles and components offering excellent strength and function.
The combination of a specialist dense foam and structural panel ensures the belt is supportive and won’t collapse with long term use.
The belt can be positioned around the waist or low down on the hips forming a ‘seat’.
The belt is padded using a modern lightweight polymer, this helps the belt to mould to the wearer and improves comfort. Vital when you spend hours a day in your harness.
The harness is designed with a 'moving D ring mechanism' on the sides for work position. The D ring 'float' on the belt to allow movement as the wearer leans out and rotates whilst working. This avoids twisting into uncomfortable positions.
Work positioning belt rated to 150kg.
The Rig-Tech harness is available in 3 sizes, Small, Medium and Large.
