NEW - SpanSet Digital Training Certificates
SpanSet are always looking at ways we can improve our customer service and have recently improved how we issue Training Certificates.
From 1st July all certificates will be in a digital format and issued instantly to successful candidates. The new digital certificates will replace the old paper copy and ID card and be easy to store on mobiles, laptops etc. No more lost hard copies and much better for the environment too!
The SpanSet Training Team are former site workers and understand how these changes will make like that bit easier. The new certificates will be much easier to send digitally to employers something being asked for currently to reduce contact during Covid.
The digital training certificate will now feature the delegate’s image, course information & contact details to easily verify the authenticity of the certificate. Personnel responsible for maintaining records will no longer have to scan certificates in order to save them electronically & email to customers as they will now have a digital version, helping reduce company administrative costs and carbon footprint also.
These recent changes will ensure reference to training certification is much easier with access to stored copies on smartphones and straightforward to share with site contacts, however a physical copy of a delegate’s ID card will still be available on request.
