What name/nickname do you prefer to be called?
Caggers or Cags - I think this nickname started in school, I don't mind either ... I'll answer to pretty much anything.
If you could write your own job title that best describes what you do here, what would it be?
Even though I have been in sales for over 20 years now and been in many varied roles from face to face to over the phone, I don’t see my role as ‘just sales’ - I like to develop my relationship with the clients and make them feel unique.
What are your hobbies?
I’ve always loved martial arts Bruce Lee, Jean Claude Van Damme – I’ve seen all the movies many times and used to practice Taekwondo for many years, I still have a few moves! I also love travelling, cooking, walking my brothers dog Buster and keeping fit.
What do you enjoy about the work you do?
I love speaking to and helping the customer, it gives me a real buzz to know that I have solved their problems. Also, no day is the same and it keeps you on your toes, you must be resilient and have a bubbly happy go lucky personality which I do.
What volunteering or passion projects do you do outside of work?
I absolutely love animals. I have cat called Bella who was a rescue and help a lot of the animal charities.
Lisa enjoys a variety of interests including martial arts, travelling and cooking... her big passion is for animals.
