This course is designed to provide delegates the knowledge to comply with OTIS Work at Height Policies, the Work at Height Regulations and its supporting guidance, when using fall protection equipment.

Subjects covered include -

  • Legislation relevant to working at height.
  • Categories of work - Work Restraint, Work Position and Fall Arrest
  • Equipment standards
  • Selection, use and maintenance of height safety equipment
  • Rescue overview
  • Work Restraint - practical session
