Recent testing of 1 tonne SpanSet Spectre websling - the ultimate tensile strength was 8 tonne, easily exceeding the minimum safety factor of 7:1.
At SpanSet UK’s headquarters in Middlewich we have extensive testing facilities including a 50 tonne Horizontal Test Bed. As you would expect of SpanSet, the Spectre lifting slings have been tested for integrity of assembly once manufactured – we know the Spectre range is of excellent quality as we can test and prove it!
