Here at SpanSet in recent weeks, as the labour market evolves due to Covid 19, we have seen an unprecedented interest in our range of Training courses.  Our Customer Service Team have received a high volume of enquiries and requests for information.

To help answer customer questions as efficiently as possible, Steph and the team have recently updated the FAQ section on our website so if you have a question why not check out the new FAQ’s?

Now more than ever, client welfare is a top priority, so questions such as – ‘What are the safety policies during the COVID 19 pandemic?’ and ‘Can I use my own PFPE for training?’  are all answered in the updated FAQ's.

“As we’ve been providing training throughout the pandemic, we are able to re-assure our clients that they will receive first class training delivered in a safe environment.  After completion of training, our Training Manager, Sam and his team of instructors are happy to provide candidates with contact details for on-going support should any questions arise after their the course.   We really do look after clients from the booking process, during training and afterwards with this on-going support.
