Objectives of Working at Height Training

  • Participants understand the regulations on working at height and how to apply them within their scope of work.

Participant Assessment

  • All candidates will take a written test administered by the Ministry of Manpower.
  • Practical evaluations will be conducted by the instructors and assistants. Instructors will assess participants through assigned cases and topics.

Background

The TKPK Level 2 training is designed as an advanced program for workers who already hold a TKPK Level 1 certificate and license, as well as more than 500 hours of work experience in rope access. Participants are also required to have recorded their activities in a logbook as proof of having applied the basic competencies of TKPK Level 1 in real practice.

This training focuses on mastering both theoretical knowledge and practical skills for emergency rescue operations, along with other advanced materials in greater depth.

By completing TKPK Level 2, participants will be equipped with the skills and knowledge to work safely and effectively in various high-altitude situations, enhancing their professional capabilities while upholding higher occupational safety standards.

This program is an important step in preparing competent workers who are ready to face high-risk environments, while also promoting a strong safety culture within the industry.
