Background

Work at Height Level 3 Training (TKPK Level 3) is an advanced program following Level 2 (TKPK Level 2). Working at height involves high risks such as slipping, being struck by falling objects, and the most critical risk—workers falling while performing tasks at height. Various work methods are used, including scaffolding, ladders, gondolas, and rope access systems.

This training equips participants with the knowledge and skills to plan and implement rope access equipment management systems during work at height, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as well as safety standards for Work at Height Level 3 personnel (TKPK Level 3).

The main duties and authorities of TKPK Level 3 include:

  • Preparing work-at-height safety management plans.
  • Conducting anchor inspections for internal purposes.
  • Supervising Work at Height Level 1 and Level 2 personnel.
  • Performing emergency rescue operations at height.
